Who we are
Civil scope, start to finish
We are a Western Australian civil contractor. Our work sits at the front of the build programme — the clearing, the cut and fill, the pits and pipes, the road box and the pavement — and it is the part of a project that is hardest to fix once the next trade has covered it.
That shapes how we run a job. Levels are set out before machines start, drainage is proved before it is buried, and compaction is done to the specification rather than to the clock. It is unglamorous work, and doing it properly is the whole point.
We work directly for developers, head contractors, builders and local government project teams across the Perth metropolitan area, on scopes ranging from a single industrial pad to a staged subdivision road network.

Four things we hold to
None of this is complicated. It is just the difference between a civil package that closes out and one that comes back.
Work to the specification
Layer thickness, compaction and pipe grades are done to the design and the relevant Australian Standards, and recorded as we go so the certifier is not guessing at handover.
Keep the site safe and tidy
Traffic management, exclusion zones, dust and sediment control are planned for the site rather than bolted on, and we obey the safety duties that apply to us under Western Australian work health and safety law.
Answer the phone
You deal with the people running the job. When something on site changes, you hear about it that day and get an option, not a silence followed by a claim.
